1. Booking

Booking is mandatory and guarantees a place on the bus and is free of charge. It is the responsibility of the traveler to check that the information on the ticket corresponds to the route, time and date ordered.

2. Departure

Arrive in good time, at least 10 minutes before the bus departure! When departing from major bus terminals, it is the responsibility of the traveler to find out from which stop the bus departs. Specified departure and arrival times are approximate and not guaranteed. Interruption of the journey is not permitted.

3. Luggage

1 suitcase and hand luggage can be taken free of charge. Extra suitcases are only taken by agreement before departure and according to a special rate. For extra luggage, call tel. 0922-129 55. Label the luggage! The company is not responsible for damaged or lost luggage. In case of damaged or lost luggage, reference is made to the traveler's own home or travel insurance. However, the company is responsible in cases where we have acted with gross negligence or intent and in cases where damage to luggage has occurred in connection with an accident when using the bus. If luggage is left behind, call 0922-129 55 or email info@tapanis.se. Left-over luggage is stored for 3 months.

4. Cancellation

To get a refund from your booking, you must have opted for cancellation protection. With this protection, the full regular ticket price is refunded but not the cancellation fee. Please note that for the cancellation protection to apply, the cancellation must take place no later than the day before departure.

5. Age limits

Children 0-11 years Youth 12-25 years Adults 26-64 years Pensioners 65+ years

6. Goods

Goods are included subject to space according to a special rate. Advance booking is required. The goods are paid by the sender directly to the driver, the goods must be picked up at the bus by the recipient. If the number of parcels/weight does not correspond to the booking, an extra charge will be made. Bicycles are not taken on the bus.

7. Price

Child price up to 11 years discount, maximum 2 children per adult. Children traveling alone pay full price.

8. Pets

Pets cannot be taken on the bus.

9. Delays

The transport company is not responsible for lost earnings etc. in connection with delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of the transport company.

10. Rejection of traveler 

The transport company reserves the right to refuse carriage of both passengers and luggage due to compelling circumstances.

11. Travel time guarantee

Applies in case of delay when Tapanis Buss is delayed by more than 120 minutes to the customer's place of arrival, due to a fault on the bus or another fault that the bus operator can directly affect. Does not apply in case of delay related to traffic disturbances due to bad road conditions, bad weather, accident or other external circumstance or in case of delay due to another event beyond the bus operator's control. Tapanis Bus puts safety first and there may therefore sometimes be a delay depending on bad road conditions or extreme weather conditions. In the event of a delay of more than 120 minutes, the traveler is compensated with one (1) free one-way trip corresponding to the distance he/she traveled at the time of the delay. Compensation is paid in the form of a free ticket for a single journey, cash compensation is not paid. Compensation is not paid for lost earnings. Reimbursement for travel time guarantee is valid for 6 months. Complaints: Must be submitted in writing to Tapanis Buss AB, Tippvägen 1, 953 33 Haparanda, no later than 2 weeks after the end of the journey.

12. Payment option online: Klarna / Swish

Få en faktura på ditt köp, som skickas per e-post till den angivna e-postadressen.
Fakturan har 14 dagars betaltid, men du kan själv välja att förlänga den. När du väljer faktura övertar Klarna rätten att få betalt och din betalning av fakturan går därmed till Klarna.

Om du tidigare valt att ansluta dig till tjänsten Månadsfaktura kommer fakturan istället att inkluderas i din månadsfaktura i enlighet med de villkor som gäller för Månadsfaktura.

Betala direkt.

Betala direkt med ditt anslutna bankkonto, och verifiera dig med BankID.
Aktivera tjänsten genom att logga in hos Klarna via app eller hemsida.

Klarna kortbetalning.

Betala med kort i samband med ditt köp, och ange dina kortuppgifter.
Vidare verifiering med BankID kan skilja sig beroende på bank.

Inga kortuppgifter lagras hos oss, de sparas hos vår samarbetspartner Klarna. Kortbetalningar som hanteras av Klarna är PCI-DSS certifierade.



Vid val av betalning med Swish så kommer vi att skicka en betalningsförfrågan till din Swish-app, det sker i samband med att du bekräftar din bokning. Observera att det mobiltelefonnummer du skriver in under bokningsprocessen är det som kommer tillfrågas via Swish.
 

13. Payment option on board: Card payment / Swish

Kortbetalning

Korbetalning ombord görs direkt till chauffören, då använder vi iZettle kortbetalning. Det fungerar som att handla i vilken fysisk butik som helst, kortet förs in i läsaren och koden skrivs in. Kvitto får du naturligtvis.

Vid betalning med Swish, skickas en betalningsförfrågan till din Swish-app via det telefonnummer du uppger. 
Betalningen bekräftar du med ditt BankID.
Chauffören bekräftar sedan att betalningen är mottagen.
